TSOLIKOURI QVEVRI

The wine is made from grapes grown in the village Sviri in western Georgia. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in the Qvevri on the full amount of chacha, aging continued for several months. TSITSKA QVEVRI

The wine is made from grapes grown in the village Sviri in western Georgia. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in Qvevri with a reduced (50%) amount of chacha. Aging in qvevri continues for six months and after that in oak barrels. The wine has a less intense amber color, with a moderate content of phenolic compounds. It is characterized by original varietal aroma and harmonious pleasant taste. Has an accompanying oak aroma, which is obtained from aging in oak barrels.
